New patients are enrolled to MedBerry Clinic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) at the time of sign up or testing. Secure and HIPPA compliant telehealth appointment notification and connectivity are conducted through this system.

Are your services covered by my insurance?

Private health insurance, Medicare and Medicaid each have their own Covid-19 testing and telemedicine reimbursement rules. Upon verification, testing and telemedicine visits related to Covid-19 are covered with no out of pocket cost.

Where do health care providers conduct HIPPAA compliant telehealth appointments?

All appointments are conducted in a private setting, such as the doctor's private office connecting to a patient in their private location of choice. Providers and patients should use private settings for the telehealth visit, and avoid public or semi-public settings.
